Shipments are always registered and insured. The additional cost depends on the destination of the package; for any questions, you can always send us an email.
You can always visit our store for a measurement. You can also measure your finger's circumference yourself using a string and a ruler. Round up the measurement to ensure the ring fits over your knuckle. The wider the ring, the tighter it will feel, and the finer the ring, the looser it will feel. It's best to keep this in mind. Don't hesitate to contact us if you're unsure.
In this case, we make the ring in a standard size. After giving the ring, we will resize it for free if it needs to be enlarged or reduced.
Yes, our gift vouchers can be used both in our store and online. Our gift vouchers cannot be returned. There is no expiration date for our gift vouchers.

If the jewelry has not been worn and no alterations have been made, it can be exchanged within 3 weeks of purchase (with receipt and original packaging). You can choose either a new piece of jewelry or a gift voucher.
Yes, you are always welcome to visit our store to see how we can give your diamonds a new life in one of our pieces.
We do not create new jewelry from old pieces. However, we can buy old gold from you and deduct its value from the purchase of a new piece of jewelry.
To make your wedding rings, we typically need 6 weeks. You can always send us an email to discuss the options.
We have a wide selection of rings, earrings, pendants, and bracelets in stock. If a piece of jewelry is not in stock, we require about 4 weeks to make it.
